How to Save and Print Emails and Attachments With the iPhone 4
Receiving photos and videos from family and friends is great fun. This article will show you how to save and print these images from your iPhone.
Steps
1. Save the attached photo or video to your Camera Roll album. To do so, first tap the photo/video, then tap “Save Image" or "Save Video". (If the photo/video hasn’t been downloaded yet, tap the download notice first.)
2. Print messages and attachments. To print an email message, tap the left motion arrow (this is in the bottom of your screen). Then tap “Print.” Lastly, tap “Select Printer.”
3. Give the iPhone time to find the printer you want to use. Once it pops up, tap the printer name. Then tap the “Printer Options” button to set the range of pages, number of copies and double-sided output if the printer supports it. Then tap “Print.”
- To print an inline image without the rest of the email message, save the image by tapping it and then tapping “Save Image”. Then, open Photos or Camera on your iPhone and print the image from your Camera Roll album.
- To print an attachment, tap the attachment to view it in Quick Look. Then tap the right motion arrow icon and tap “Print.” Select a printer and set your options. Then tap “Print.”
