How to Set Up a Calendar Entry to Repeat Every Weekday: 3 Steps

The iphone calendar only offers the following repeat options : None, Every day, Every week, Every 2 weeks, Every month, and Every year. One very important but missing repeat option is the "Repeat on Weekdays", to make an entry that repeats on weekdays, do the following.



Steps


1. Create a calendar entry set for a Monday, and select the option "Repeat every week".

2. Create 4 more identical events where each of them is on the 4 other weekdays.

3. The result is that you'll have 5 identical events that repeat every week, or seen in another way, one event that repeats on Weekdays.



Tips

• You can also configure and use the Google calendar that has way better repeat options, including the one I discussed here, but the problem with it is that it doesn't sync correctly sometimes when you change entries and you end up having to do the same work 3 or 4 times until it syncs it.
