How to Use FindaParkingSpace.com: 6 Steps

Looking for somewhere to park your car, near work or a friend? This guide tells you how!

Steps

1. Go to www.findaparkingspace.com

2. On the "Search For A Car Parking" box on the top left hand side of the page, select your country, state, and area.

3. Click search to see if there are any suitable advertisements listed.

4. Contact the car parking space's landlord via email or phone, if you find a suitable space.

5. Make arrangements to rent the space via a lease or license agreement.

6. Alternatively, if there are no advertisements for your parking space listed, you may wish to try "Request A Car Parking Space" in the bottom left of the page.Simply input the details of the space you would like to request, along with your email address. You will receive an email when a suitable space is advertised.

Tips

• Make sure you include a one month notice period in any contract you enter into, notifying you in advance when the car park tenant wishes to vacate the space.
• Make sure you provide a clause specifying how the contract may be terminated.
• You should be able to easily find an example of a parking space lease agreement online, using Google. Look for the words "Rent Parking Space Contract".

Warnings

• Be sure to check that it is legal to rent out the car parking space. Some building Body Corporates do not approve of the practice.
