How to Make a Microphone Out of Two Objects: 4 Steps

Have you ever needed an on the spot microphone? Are you tired of using the hairbrush you got when you were 8? Worry no more and read below to have an instant microphone using only a cordless phone and an iPad.

Steps

1. First acquire an iPad and download Pinger (figure out how to use it). You can also use an iPhone, in which case you don't haven to download Pinger, but the sound is much louder if you use an iPad. If you can spare some simple plug-in speakers for your iPhone this will also work.

2. Acquire another phone. It helps if it looks somewhat like a microphone (cordless landlines are best) Call your iPad or have your iPad call your phone.

3. Put the iPad on speaker mode, and you are ready! Start talking into your "microphone", and the sound should come out of the iPad. There will probably be some echo but if the iPad is placed sufficiently far away from yourself it neutralizes.

4. Happy talking, singing, or whatever!
