How to Make Your Own Ringtones for Nokia Phones: 8 Steps

Bored of your old default ringtones? Why not make new livelier (or sadder) ringtones using the 'composer' application? Here's how. Exclusively for some Nokia cellular phones.

Steps

1. See if your phone has a composer. Open the Menu, open Extras and lastly, find Composer and open it.

2. Start making your own ringtone by choosing either method:

Method 1 of 2: Copy other ringtones from a friend

1. Listen to a ringtone you like.

2. Press a key, try again if its the wrong note.

3. Repeat it until the whole song is done.

4. Listen to your new ringtone.

Method 2 of 2: DIY

1. Make up your own songs. It could be random or carefully made.

2. Listen to it and edit if you like.
